Sno Rodeo

Hey Ya'll , just a shout out, we still have spots available for Sno Rodeo, Dec.28th-30th! Please let me know if you want to come serve, it will be an awesome time to reconnect with other staff members and some fun in the snow of the great North Woods! Let me know!

almost Winter

It is not officially winter yet, but there is plenty of snow on the trees (and the roads) here in the great North Woods. Gary has been doing a great job of Christmasizing Camp, many hand made wreaths and the broomball courts are being made as well. We are getting ready for Sno Rodeo, our first winter camping event, and our biggest one as well. It should make for a great time.

I was on the road last week, meeting with some potential summer staff. It's not too early to be thinking about your plans for next summer. I already have 2009 summer staff applications pouring in, what a blessing.

I hope you all are doing well and enjoying the festive Christmas season. Please contact me if you have any questions about working on staff this upcoming summer.

2009 Applications

Welcome to the Fort Staff Happenings Blog Spot! I decided to create this blog in hopes that it will be another way to get information to y'all about what is happening here at the Fort and current updates about Volunteer and Summer Staff needs!

The 2009 Summer Applications will be available online next week, but I have them ready if you would like one just email me and I will be happy to send it to you.

Also, I will be traveling throughout the next few months, meeting with potential summer staff on the road. If you are interested in meeting with me, let me know and I will see what can be arranged!
